Shopping Mall Japan has two offices. One in Tokyo, Japan and the other in Trail Creek, Indiana USA. We offer storage and shipping from both locations.

North American Customers (USA and Canada only)
Items will ship via our special batch process, detailed in the shipping system page, to be stored at our facility in the USA. However, you can request to have your items stored in Japan should you expect to purchase a large number of heavy or large goods that do not benefit from our batch process.

International Customers (outside North America)
Items will be stored at our Tokyo, Japan offices.

To save you money of course! By storing multiple items we can make larger, combined shippments that reduce your overal shipping costs!

Storage Time Limit - Japan = 1 month  |  USA = 3 months

Should your items go over the storage limit they may be subject to auto-shippments as detailed in the shipping system page or possible abbandonment if you go over the time limit. †Be mindful and keep an eye on the "your items" page so you don't go over and request shipping in a timely manner.

Sorry, but offices are closed to the public. Items cannot be picked up without prior arrangement with SMJ.

Items that can't be Stored
Some items simply cannot be stored and must ship direct to you. Typically the item has to be very bulky, or a multitude of items that take up a significant amount of space. The item may originate outside of Japan and to save on shipping, opt to send it direct to the customer instead. Our professional shipping staff will take care of these such items as detailed in the shipping system page.

† Only items stored at the USA facility can be held for up to 3 months. Japanese stoarge time limit is 1 month. Items left over that time whether paid, partially paid for, or not paid may be considered abandoned and become the sole property of Anime Chaos / SMJ. Items in the USA may be stored for longer periords of time if proper arrangements are made.
